The Vodka Diet

The Vodka Diet

Breakfast

1 vodka and orange juice (or coffee) to give you a much needed carbohydrate boost.

1 Slice of Tescos Value Bread
dipped in vodka to add flavour. Optionally, you can toast the bread, then dip it in vodka.

Lunch

2-3 Glasses of skittles vodka and lemonade - for a full range of additives, try to sample a mixture of colours.

One vodka-infused-ham sandwich. Green salad with a vodka vinaigrette.

Half a vodka-soaked orange.


Dinner


Steak, seasoned with pepper, lemon, and vodka.


3 Chips (Made from a potato that has been soaked in vodka.)

1 Bowl of Vodka Jelly (Any Flavour)

You should collapse around the end of dinner, to wake up several days later, having lost a few pounds.
