I think it's idiotic for Americans to think they are so much better than the British or anyone and I was making the comment to be a smartass. I have never thought we were inferior to anyone in the world (ok, sure, I am inferior to certain people in particular but not whole cultures--I haven't met that many people to know *wink wink*) and our butchering of the English language is stupid so that was what I was getting at...I don't know why I am explaining myself...
